The real problem

You don't have an outbound problem. You have a "where do I even start" problem.

You know outbound should be driving pipeline. But it's five different skills stacked on top of each other, and getting any one of them wrong quietly kills the other four.

01

The tools. Hundreds of them, all promising the world. Which ones actually drive results, and which are hype?

02

The infrastructure. How do you set up domains and inboxes to send at volume without landing in spam or torching your main domain?

03

The targeting. Are you even reaching the right ICP, or burning good sends on the wrong list?

04

The messaging. What copy and sequences actually turn a cold stranger into a warm reply?

05

The metrics. What do you watch week to week, and what do you change when the numbers dip?

Miss one, and the whole thing underperforms. That's not a tooling gap. It's a system gap.

Kandent is the system. We've solved all five, so you don't have to.

The system

Five unknowns. One machine that removes them.

The sequence is the part you see. The value is the engine behind it, and the fact that we keep it running and sharpening, week after week.

cold prospects → booked meetings 01 Infrastructure 02 Data 03 Sequencing 04 Iteration
01Infrastructure

Domains, inboxes, warm-up and the right sending stack. Set up properly, never from your main domain.

Removes: the tools & the infrastructure
02Data

Tight ICP, list building and enrichment. The right people, verified, not a scraped dump.

Removes: the targeting
03Sequencing

Multichannel copy across email and LinkedIn, written to earn replies. You approve it before it sends.

Removes: the messaging
04Iteration

We read the reply data weekly, double down on what lands and rewrite what doesn't. It loops back and sharpens.

The stack you don't have to figure out

We've already picked the tools that work, and wired them together.

There are hundreds of outbound tools. Most are noise. Choosing and connecting the right ones is the overwhelming part, so we handle all of it. You never touch a login.

The first 90 days

The honest version.

Outbound can't prove itself in a fortnight. Here's what actually happens, with no inflated week-one promises.

Weeks 1–2Build

Domains and inboxes set up, warm-up started, ICP locked, first lists and sequences built. Warm-up takes weeks by design.

Weeks 3–4Launch

First campaigns go live to warm lists. Early reply data comes back. You approve everything before it sends.

Month 2Amplify

Double down on the angles that land, expand the lists, cut what isn't working. Meetings start landing.

Month 3Systematise

Booked meetings flowing, the winning playbook documented. We review the quarter and plan the scale-up.

Why a three-month minimum? Not to lock you in. Outbound physically can't prove itself faster: domains need warming before they can send at volume, and the minimum protects you from paying for a half-run test.

After the first 90 days

You stay in control. Never locked in.

The three-month minimum is the proving window, not a leash. Once it's done, you choose what happens next.

The quarter's proven out. You decide.
Option A
Take it in-house

Everything is yours: the domains, inboxes, sequences, data and the documented playbook. Hand it to your team and run it internally. No exit fee, no hostage assets.

Option B
Keep scaling with us

Stay on a rolling month-to-month retainer. We expand the ICPs, add channels and push volume on what's already working. Cancel any time.

Your options

Three ways to get outbound running.

You're really choosing between doing it yourself, hiring a cheap agency, or bringing in someone who's done it at scale.

Why me

You're not hiring an agency. You're hiring the person who booked the meetings.

Nurudin, founder of Kandent

I'm Nurudin, founder of Kandent.

For 6 years I've built and run outbound inside some of Europe's leading SaaS companies: Pleo, Hotjar/Contentsquare and 1Password. As a rep I booked meetings relentlessly and closed over £6M in revenue doing it.

Most recently at Lemlist, I helped dozens of EMEA SaaS teams build outbound engines that actually book meetings. That gave me a front-row seat to what works across hundreds of campaigns, and what quietly kills results.

I've made every outbound mistake there is to make, so you don't have to. Now I build and run that same system for founders and sales leaders, so the pipeline lands on your calendar, not your to-do list.

Proof

The challenge

In a crowded Martech market they had a strong product but no repeatable way to reach the people who actually hold the budget. Outreach was spray and pray, and the right decision-makers weren't hearing them.

What I built

A precise ICP around SaaS teams where the website is the primary revenue engine, targeting the buying trio of Product Marketing, Head of Growth and Head of Product. Then a multichannel motion across high-deliverability email and LinkedIn, with problem-led messaging built to get past a busy executive's filters, and an incentive-aligned model so my goals matched their return.

The result

A repeatable outbound blueprint that moved them from "who do we even talk to?" to "when's the meeting?", booking qualified conversations with senior Martech decision-makers instead of chasing cold, unqualified leads.

Sound like the system you've been trying to build? Let's talk it through.

Before you ask

The questions everyone has.

From signing, count about two weeks before your first campaign is live. The early days go on building your sending infrastructure and warming domains, while we build your lists and draft your sequences in parallel. Anyone promising meetings in week one is about to burn your domain.

No. We never send from your primary domain. We set up secondary domains that redirect to yours, with their own warmed inboxes. Whatever happens to the sending domains, your main domain's reputation stays clean.

Yes. You approve every prospect list and every message before anything sends. If you're not happy with the targeting or the copy, we revise it. Nothing goes out that you haven't seen.

Because outbound physically can't prove itself faster. Domains need warming before they can send at volume, so month one is setup and month two is where meetings start landing. The minimum protects you from paying for a half-run test. It's not a lock-in.

Domains, inboxes, the sending platform and data are billed to you directly, typically £150–£400/month depending on volume. We set them up and manage them, never mark them up, and you own every asset.

This doesn't replace them; it frees them. We handle the top of the funnel (finding, reaching and warming prospects) so your team spends its time on calls and closing, not building lists at 11pm.

Our promise

We keep optimising until it works.

We don't promise a magic number of meetings. Anyone who does is lying, or about to burn your domain. What we promise is that we don't down tools when a campaign period ends. If the numbers aren't where they should be, we keep iterating with new angles, new lists and new copy, because tuning the system is the job.
